Despite specifying hot and spicy at the time of order and subsequently by phone; the food was bland. Very disappointing and upset at wasted food. Ideally would like refund. Considerable improvement is required in checking the order and ensuring food is made as requested.

Usually very good food with reasoable time to deliver. Unortunately on my last order the food was cold upon delivery and again they ignored my comment / request on my online order. If the issues above are seen to I would rate as 9/10 , currently scoring 7/10.

Nice food again, delivered within suggested time. However they didn't add chillis to the curry as noted on the online order, again. There seems to be a communication gap between online order and the kitchen. Apart from that I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Ordered chicken jalfrezi, pilau rice and plain naan. Food was tasty and hot when arrived. Delivery on time. Would definitely use again. Well done eastern delights

It was half hr late. Not very warm. Only 3 dips with pickle tray. Poppadoms were soft. Chips were cold and were over cooked. Very disappointing as usually OK.

We have used eastern delight for eighteen years and never had a problem but the last two occasions it has been absolutely awful first occasion the food took three hours to come and last night it took two hours to come the food was stone cold wrong and food was missing won’t be using again to expensive to be awful
